Ferguson seeks an experienced Shift Manager for our Bloomingdale Distribution Center to lead a 2nd shift from 2:30 PM, coaching hourly associates and salaried leaders while driving inventory control and process improvements in a fast-paced DC environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in supply chain distribution, strong leadership and collaboration skills, and experience with WMS/LMS systems, OSHA/DOT regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff workload planning, production, and execution of a fast-paced operation.
• Lead a 2nd shift starting at 2:30 PM, overseeing salaried and hourly teams.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality in all shift activities.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, replenishments, and trailer loading operations.
• Develop weekly operations plans to meet customer volume and service goals.
• Maintain inventory controls and drive continuous improvement programs.
