Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Distribution experience required.
• Experience in data and trend analysis preferred.
• Previous experience operating a standup forklift and/or pallet jack is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct team to ensure productivity goals are met.
• Communicate facility policies and ensure adherence.
• Monitor associate productivity and quality performance.

Skills

Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to operate equipment including RF scanner

High level of direction and customer service

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to stand for long periods

Education

High school diploma/GED or equivalent

Associates degree in related field
