The North America Programs Intern role at Stand Together Fellowships focuses on event logistics and program operations in the Washington, DC office. The intern will support scheduling, venues, caterers, and travel, while coordinating with speakers and participants to ensure a smooth program.

Competenze

• Current undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate with interest in event planning and programs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, service-oriented with speakers and participants.

Mansioni

• Assist with end-to-end logistics for seminars in Washington, DC, including venue, catering, materials, attendee travel, and room setup.
• Provide on-site support during DC programs, handling registration, check-in, speaker needs and day-of troubleshooting.
• Support summer campus programming research, planning, and documentation improvements to recruitment and delivery.
• Build and maintain logistics resources such as run-of-show documents, checklists, and participant communications.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with speakers, attendees, and partners before, during, and after programs.
• Support participant outreach, track applications and referrals, and follow up with prospective attendees.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and Monday.com for participants, partners, and tasks.
• Help track program budgets, invoices, and vendor documentation.
• Collect and organize participant feedback and program metrics for post-program reports.
• Utilize AI tools to speed up correspondence, logistics, research, and reporting.
