Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a student during the internship period.
  • Prior experience in event planning or project management is a big plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Able to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with event site buildout and registration management
  • Building project planning timelines, action lists, and run of shows
  • Supporting the onsite production of both in-person and virtual events
  • Writing and editing marketing and program materials (via email blasts, social media posts, website pages, etc.)
  • Aiding in the creation and publication of event recaps
