Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing conferences, seminars, workshops, and receptions.

• Manage venues, transportation, and lodging logistics.
• Handle guest lists, registrations, and attendee support.
• Create event marketing materials and campaigns.
• Provide on-site support and problem-solving during events.
• Maintain budgets, invoices, and post-event evaluations.
• Collect attendee and team feedback for future improvements.
