Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across inbound, put-to-light, ticketing, quality control, and outbound operations. You will lead Area Managers, optimize staffing, and ensure safe, efficient warehouse processes to deliver the right products to stores on time.

The role requires 4+ years in a high-volume distribution environment, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience with WMS and distribution equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 4+ years in high-volume distribution environment
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Experience with WMS and distribution equipment is required

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence across warehouse areas and ensure safe, efficient processes
• Lead and coach area managers; optimize staffing and productivity
• Design and implement cost-control systems in a dynamic business environment
• Coordinate delivery schedules to maximize store service and efficiency
