Job summary

Burlington is seeking a DC Area Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of Distribution Center Associates in safe, efficient performance. The role ensures proper receiving, storage, packing and shipping to meet Burlington's mission of getting the right products to stores on time.

Responsibilities include analyzing productivity data, coaching staff, implementing engagement initiatives, and driving cross-functional projects while utilizing WMS and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring/coaching and development initiatives.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze productivity, efficiency and accuracy data to lead team performance and maximize potential.
• Lead and embody Burlington's Core Values to foster an engaging, professional, and inclusive team environment.
• Drive cross-functional and interdepartmental assignments and special projects.
• Provide feedback, coaching and development to the team and receive the same in return.
• Ensure ongoing training and compliance with all policies, procedures and rules.
