Galls is seeking a working Lead to assist the DC Leadership Team in Lexington, Kentucky. You will provide guidance in daily operations, ensuring productivity goals are met while promoting safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Distribution Center operations.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills for directives compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting daily productivity goals.
• Conduct daily roll calls and report absentees.
• Train and coach employees on proper task performance.
• Facilitate workflow to prioritize daily tasks.
• Develop and relay process improvements to supervisor.
