Job summary

Galls is seeking a Warehouse Lead to drive day-to-day operations in our Lexington facility. You will supervise hourly associates, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with management to meet daily production goals.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, optimizing workflow, and maintaining equipment uptime while complying with SOPs and OSHA standards. This role requires flexibility for overtime and shift changes.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations; leadership experience is a plus.
• Able to coach diverse hourly associates.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse tools and equipment.
• Clear communication and listening skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal order systems.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes.
• Willing to work overtime and flexible shifts.
• Adheres to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations in the assigned warehouse area.
• Oversee completion of daily duties and ensure productivity and quality.
• Manage workflow to meet service levels and production goals.
• Maintain equipment uptime and safe working conditions.
• Orient and coach new associates; document performance.
