Job summary

Target is hiring a Lead Warehouse Worker in our Kentucky Distribution Center. You will lead tasks, coordinate with Operations Managers, and help maintain safety and quality while moving product quickly and efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of leadership or warehousing experience, the ability to lift, and strong teamwork. We offer health benefits, a 401(k), and competitive hourly pay with a shift differential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership, warehousing or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to access all areas of the distribution center.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate computer systems with training and instruction.

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks coordinating work activities and process flow with Operations Managers.
• Instill a safety culture and identify training needs.
• Conduct control plans and standard work audits; collaborate to identify gaps.
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor daily progress to improve performance.
