Target is seeking an Operations Manager for our Distribution Center to lead safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. You will foster a safety-first culture, train and coach teams, and drive productivity while meeting performance and budget goals.

You will provide real-time feedback, engage a diverse workforce, and collaborate across functions to ensure timely product flow to guests.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including the mezzanine platforms.
