Job summary

Galls, LLC in Lexington, KY seeks a Warehouse Lead to supervise overnight operations, coach hourly associates, and ensure safety, accuracy, and productivity. You will align with management to meet service levels and quality standards.

Responsibilities include directing daily workflows, training staff, monitoring performance, and optimizing processes. Heavy physical work and overtime may be required; experience with WMS, RF guns and conveyors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and leadership.
• Ability to coach hourly associates and manage performance.
• Knowledge of WMS, RF guns, conveyors and related equipment.
• Clear communication and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workflow in warehouse areas to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
• Provide direction, coaching and performance feedback to associates.
• Ensure equipment uptime and safe, cost-effective operations.
• Support staffing, training, and onboarding for new hires.
• Monitor processes, suggest improvements, and report variances with data.
• Coordinate with Area manager on manpower planning and scheduling.
• Conduct shift startups and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the department.
