Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five years of distribution center management or operations experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS/AS400.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, order filling, and shipping in a high-volume DC.
• Monitor loads and ensure quality, safety, and cost controls.
• Develop and administer policies and SOPs across shifts.
• Partner with HR on hiring, training, and coaching.
• Prepare operational reports and statistics.
