As a hands-on leader reporting to the DC Operations Manager, you will foster teamwork, safety, and a culture of continuous improvement while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Experience in a multi-channel, highly automated DC.
• Strong leadership and team supervision.
• Commitment to safety and 5S culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily operational plans aligned with SLAs and goals.
• Oversee labor scheduling and workflow coordination.
• Monitor KPIs like accuracy, throughput, efficiency.
• Collaborate with inventory control for stock accuracy.
• Lead, train, and mentor employees.
• Manage attendance and performance within policies.
