Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a hands-on Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily operations in our multi-channel distribution center, ensuring service levels, accuracy and safety. You will supervise the workforce, manage labor schedules, mentor associates, and partner with inventory control, transportation and customer service to optimize workflow and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in distribution with 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Experience with automation in a distribution center is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership by example, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily operational plans aligned with SLAs and business goals.
• Oversee labor scheduling and workflow coordination to meet targets.
• Monitor KPIs on accuracy, throughput, and efficiency and take corrective action.
• Collaborate with inventory control, transportation, and customer service teams.
• Maintain safety, 5S culture, and process improvements to reduce waste.
• Lead, train, and mentor employees; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing and cross-functional alignment.
