Job summary

WHSmith North America is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Las Vegas to oversee inbound and outbound DC operations, ensure inventory integrity and accurate processing of stock.

You will supervise DC staff, coordinate assignments, monitor productivity, and enforce safety policies while partnering with buying and operations teams for smooth daily workflow. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of supervisor experience in a fast-paced DC/Warehouse.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and cycle counts beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversees DC functions in inbound/outbound.
• Approve time off and timecards for DC staff.
• Administer 30/60 day and annual performance reviews.
• Ensure DC activity meets productivity goals and is performed accurately.
• Coordinate staff assignments to reflect priorities and maximize results.
• Communicate performance and address lapses with DC Operations Manager.
• Ensure inventory discrepancies are addressed and inventory integrity maintained.
• Maintain OSHA safety compliance and safe lifting practices.
• Supervise PTL area and assist with miss-picked items as needed.
