DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Distribution in Las Vegas to lead warehouse teams, drive process improvements, and ensure safe, efficient operations. The role focuses on coaching frontline associates, monitoring KPIs, and aligning with safety standards while delivering reliable logistics performance for a global leader in contract logistics.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1+ years in a lead operations role with logistics experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop frontline associates while building an inclusive team culture.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote heightened safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide reports and recommendations to management.
