Job summary

The Home Depot, Inc. is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead an hourly team and drive efficient, safe operations in a high-volume distribution center. You will manage 20–30 hourly associates, hire, evaluate, develop, and discipline staff, and ensure prompt handling of merchandise to support overall center productivity.

You will coach associates, monitor safety and service quality, and analyze metrics to drive improvements. Relocation flexibility and a strong supervisory background are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Ability to relocate.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to ensure procedures are followed and identify improvements for standard processes.
• Coach, train, and evaluate hourly associates; hire, discipline and develop staff as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor key performance metrics for productivity and quality.
• Plan staffing and coordinate with management to meet production targets and minimize disruptions.
