Job summary

Sephora in Olive Branch, MS is hiring a DC Specialist to support warehouse operations at the Mississippi Distribution Center. The role focuses on waveplanning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and reporting in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will follow SOPs, train floor associates, communicate with leadership, and uphold safety, quality, and loss prevention standards while maintaining flexible hours and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications; ability to learn systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong basic math and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow established SOPs to maintain integrity of work and output.
• Train floor associates in departmental methods and SOPs.
• Respond to leadership direction from Shift Coordinators and management.
• Adhere to safety rules and report violations.
• Maintain attendance and flexible scheduling to meet business needs.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
