This program immerses you in all facets of distribution center operations, including warehouse, transportation, and facility operations, with hands-on experience across shifts and functions to build leadership, operational expertise, and business acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience or equivalent.
• Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports and data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret metrics and forecasts.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to relocate upon completion of the program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee distribution center operations, including Warehouse, Transportation, and Facility Operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution.
• Assess staffing and equipment needs to optimize performance and resource use.
• Drive labor, expenses, productivity, and service metrics to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, OSHA, DOT, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and inventories.
• Recruit, coach, and develop warehouse and transportation teams and leaders.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to review performance, investments, and priorities.
• Investigate incidents with HR to improve safety and engagement.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and exceptional customer service.
