Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field with 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience.
Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret business reports and regulatory guidance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information to varied audiences.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret metrics and forecasts.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all distribution center operations, including Warehouse, Transportation, and Facility Operations.
Assess staffing and equipment needs to optimize performance and resource utilization.
Drive operational and financial performance by managing labor, expenses, productivity, and service metrics.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while fostering safety and accountability.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and quality controls.
Recruit, develop, coach, and performance-manage team members and leaders.
Collaborate with senior leaders to review performance, profitability, and strategic priorities.
Partner with HR to address incidents and safety initiatives.
Leverage WMS/TMS and reporting tools to monitor performance and identify improvements.
