Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience or equivalent.
• Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret business reports and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all distribution center operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution.
• Assess staffing and equipment needs to optimize performance and resource utilization.
• Drive operational and financial performance by managing labor, expenses, productivity, and service metrics.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, food safety, and regulatory requirements while fostering safety and accountability.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity through cycle counts and inventories.
• Recruit, coach, and develop warehouse and transportation teams; partner with leadership on training initiatives.
