• Willingness to relocate upon program completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all distribution center operations across Warehouse, Transportation, and Facility Operations.
• Assess staffing and equipment needs to optimize performance and resource use.
• Drive labor, expenses, productivity, and service metrics to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Recruit, coach, and develop warehouse and transportation teams.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to review performance and priorities.
• Monitor safety, engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven analysis.
