Responsibilities

• Lead daily DC operations and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Drive safety, quality, service and productivity improvements.
• Coach and develop supervisors and managers and establish clear expectations.
• Oversee staffing, performance management, and training programs.
• Manage inventory accuracy, receiving, and material movement.
• Oversee warehouse equipment and private truck fleet.
