Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 10 years of distribution center experience.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including early/late shifts and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily distribution center operations and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Drive safety, quality, service and productivity improvements.
• Coach and develop supervisors and managers with clear expectations.
• Oversee staffing, performance management, and training.
• Manage inventory accuracy and equipment maintenance.
