• Ensures policy and procedure compliance to achieve distribution center goals.
• Administers strategy to meet performance and financial metrics.
• Coordinates timelines, accountability, and action steps for completion.
• Advises with managers on recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Allocates resources to ensure timely, secure, and accurate deliveries.
• Analyzes opportunities to identify best-in-class solutions.
• Manages budget, performance, and compliance and implements workforce plans.
