Job summary

CVS Health in New Jersey seeks an Operations Manager to join our store management team, driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent service. Under the Store Manager, you will lead a productive, engaged store team through strong leadership and initiative.

You will oversee staffing, training, inventory, financial management, and customer service leadership to ensure safe, accessible care for customers and families in our community.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
