CVS Health Corporation in New Jersey is seeking an Operations Manager within our CVS/pharmacy stores. You will lead store crews, drive execution, and promote a service-first culture to build loyalty and trust with customers.

Under the Store Manager, you will supervise daily activities, manage staffing and training, and support financial performance while delivering excellent customer service during flexible(full-time) hours, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
