Job summary

You will drive performance, budget management, and workforce planning, while collaborating with store and patient-facing teams to deliver reliable, timely product deliveries and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience in warehouse or distribution center operations.
• Experience in a retail distribution environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Develops tactical and operational plans to achieve the Distribution Center Operations area's goals.
• Ensures team compliance with policies and procedures to achieve goals.
• Administers strategy to achieve performance expectations and financial metrics.
• Coordinates deliverable timelines, accountability, and action steps for completion.
• Advises with managers on recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Allocates resources to ensure timely, secure, and accurate deliveries of products and services.
• Analyzes areas of opportunities within the distribution center to identify best‑in‑class solutions.
• Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance).
