Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Supervisor to lead a team of non-exempt employees in our state-of-the-art distribution facility. You will plan, organize, direct and supervise daily activities to achieve production, quality, and shipping targets.

Availability to work Monday–Friday from 10:30am to 7:30pm, with flexibility during peak seasons, is required. You will hire, onboard, train, schedule and coach staff; monitor metrics; balance workloads; and ensure safe,

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• 2+ years working with Microsoft Office.
• 1+ years’ experience in a Warehouse or Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and assigning work to new hires.
• Ensuring employees have equipment, materials, and documents for tasks.
• Monitoring and adjusting resources to meet daily production/delivery goals.
• Balancing workloads to align with projected completion times.
• Monitoring performance to meet quality and quantity expectations.
• Conducting staff meetings and ensuring daily worksheets are completed.
