Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team at our Jamesburg, NJ location. The role focuses on driving store execution, staff development, and customer service excellence to build consumer loyalty and overall store performance.

Under the Store Manager, you will supervise the store crew, manage schedule flexibility including early mornings, overnights and weekends, and support operational improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.

• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement
