The Home Depot is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead an hourly team and influence the distribution center to operate safely, efficiently, and productively. You will hire, evaluate, develop, discipline and terminate hourly staff, supervising 20 to 30 associates and ensuring accurate merchandise handling.

Responsibilities include enforcing procedures, coaching, driving productivity, maintaining inventory accuracy, and planning staffing in alignment with the business plan.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience and ability to manage hourly associates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and development.
• Experience with warehouse operations and process optimization.
• Proven ability to hire, evaluate, develop, discipline and terminate hourly staff.

Responsabilités

• Manage 20 to 30 hourly associates across the distribution center.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and identify process improvements.
• Coach and develop associates, conduct regular evaluations, and handle performance issues.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and key metrics, drive productivity and quality.
• Plan staffing and coordinate with operations leadership to meet business goals.
