Job summary

United Legwear & Apparel Co. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee inbound/outbound in a 1.8M sq ft automated distribution center, leading a team of Area Supervisors, Leads and associates.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive productivity, implement SOPs, ensure SLA adherence, and coordinate with Engineering, HR, Inventory Control, and Customer Service. This role requires a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field, 5+ years in 3PL/warehouse leadership, and proven ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in 3rd party logistics or warehouse leadership.
• Proficiency in WMS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise both exempt and hourly staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of all DC functions with 200+ team members.
• Develop and implement procedures to meet SLA and improve productivity.
• Coach and oversee Area Managers, Supervisors and associates.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and alignment with ULAC values.
• Collaborate with Engineering, HR, Inventory Control and Customer Service.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data and automation.
• Manage budgets and personnel costs while maintaining service levels.
