NRI Distribution is seeking an Assistant DC Manager in Ontario, CA, to extend the DC Manager's leadership on shift performance while supporting Supervisors and labor planning. This role emphasizes LEAN/Continuous Improvement and cross-functional collaboration to boost fulfillment efficiency and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have tier one WMS experience, strong MS Office skills, and a track record of delivering safe, productive operations in a pick and pack environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or related field and/or 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in apparel/footwear pick and pack environments is preferred but not required.
• Experience with continuous improvement tools/methodologies to drive customer fulfillment, quality, efficiency and safety.
• Ability to collaborate, interact, and communicate at all levels of the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for the overall performance of their assigned facilities/shifts, as defined by KPI.
• Provide guidance to Supervisors and coordinate staffing and vacations.
• Maintain a safe work environment and participate in safety programs.
