Job summary

This on-site role may include relocation assistance and requires strong experience in logistics, Lean, and ERP systems such as Manhattan and Oracle R12.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Six-plus years of management or supervisory experience in a distribution facility or startup operation.
• Lean distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the operational functions on each shift at the distribution center, including receiving, putaway, replenishing, and picking.
• Collaborates with EHS and Quality Managers to support QMS and EMS and the Lean rollout.
• Develops and executes the distribution center's operational budget.
• Ensures compliance with standard work and training to meet regulatory requirements.
• Leads supervisor development, staffing plans, scheduling, and personnel actions to meet budget.
