Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a high‑volume distribution environment.
• Experience supporting or leading team members in distribution preferred.
• Familiarity with RF units and WMS is highly desirable.
• Basic computer skills and ability to access production reports.
• Strong communication and ability to work with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor conveyor and picking activity to maintain flow and prevent backlogs.
• Coordinate staffing across departments based on workload.
• Support workflow across the distribution center with leadership.
• Train team members on processes, safety and expectations.
• Assist with coordinating break and lunch schedules and attendance.
• Track shipments, ensure carrier cutoffs, and separate shipments.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
