Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks an experienced DC Operations Manager to lead distribution center functions on‑site and off‑site, driving efficient material flow and WMS performance. The role will plan daily operations, manage inventory, scheduling, procurement, and continuous improvement projects across multiple sites.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain and plant teams to ensure service metrics and customer demands are met, while overseeing inventory turns and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• 2–5 years of plastics or fabrication environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day plant supply chain operations including inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
• Oversee Warehouse Management System (WMS) performance and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate procurement and scheduling to meet service metrics and customer needs.
• Liaise between operations and Supply Chain Management to optimize processes.
• Oversee master planning data and purchase requisitions for multiple facilities.
• Support budgeting and staffing planning to maintain cost-efficient operations.
