Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Access).
• Preferred degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight to reduce costs through efficient warehouse management.
• Hire, train, coach and supervise DC leads, auditors and associates.
• Lead, mentor and develop direct reports.
• Appraise productivity and communicate improvements to DC leadership.
• Oversee inbound/outbound inventories and ensure documentation.
• Maintain product integrity and follow FEFO/FIFO processes.
• Address vendor issues and escalate to DC management when needed.
• Coordinate with staffing and talent teams to ensure proper coverage.
• Utilize WMS to pick products across Dry, Cooler and Freezer environments.
• Monitor performance, retrain staff, and report inventory trends.
