Job summary

Hanger Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead a multi-shift team in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee daily operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving while ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, coordinating material flow, and maintaining adherence to policies. A high school diploma is required; a BS in a related field is preferred, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years’ distribution center experience warehouse experience.
• Three years’ distribution center supervisory experience or equivalent experience.
• Willing to travel.
• A valid driver’s license and driving record within policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily startup meetings to review KPI’s and assign daily work.
• Coordinate receipt and handling of materials and ensure quality checks.
• Supervise safety and administrative policies within the DC.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop department personnel.
• Ensure timely packing, picking, and shipping of SKUs and returns.
