Job summary

The Home Depot in Tracy, CA is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead an hourly team and influence the distribution center to run safely, efficiently and productively. You will manage 20 to 30 hourly associates, handle hiring, evaluation, development, discipline and termination, and drive goals across the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexible to work various shifts and relocate.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• 3+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily distribution operations and ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity.
• Hire, evaluate, develop, discipline and terminate hourly associates; coach performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and analyze metrics to identify improvements.
• Plan staffing and coordinate with leadership to meet production goals.
• Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager or General Manager.
