Job summary

The Home Depot in Stockton, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to drive the success of our distribution center operations. You will partner with the Maintenance Manager to set strategies, oversee equipment and facility maintenance, and maximize uptime and productivity.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree, 2+ years of leadership, and ability to work with cross‑functional teams. Experience with industrial forklifts and Microsoft Office is preferred; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Associates degree or equivalent in related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience; 3 years preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and develop associates; provide feedback and certifications.
• Uphold a culture of safety by following Home Depot policies and inspecting equipment and facilities.
• Oversee facility maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment; review contractor bids and ensure compliance.
• Review maintenance, production and quality control reports to plan activities and drive improvements.
