Responsibilities

• Coaches, trains, and develops associates; delivers performance feedback and certifications.
• Upholds safety culture by following policy and monitoring safety and security in the DC.
• Oversees maintenance of equipment and facilities; reviews bids and selects contractors.
• Analyzes maintenance, production, and quality reports to optimize costs and compliance.
