Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to drive the success of assigned functions within a complex distribution center environment. You will work with the Maintenance Manager to develop strategies to maximize productivity, oversee equipment and facility maintenance, and analyze trends to improve DC performance.

The role requires leadership of a team, strong safety focus, and experience with facility repairs, contractor management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years minimum experience in leadership roles.
• Experience in maintenance, facilities or DC operations preferred.
• Degree concentration in Facilities Management preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop associates; ensure certifications.
• Maintain safety culture by following Home Depot policies and inspecting facilities.
• Oversee repair, maintenance and installation of equipment; review contractor bids and compliance.
• Review maintenance, production and quality reports to plan activities and cost improvements.
