Burlington Stores is seeking a Distribution Center Maintenance Area Manager in Riverside, CA. This hands-on leadership role focuses on keeping the DC running efficiently, leading maintenance staff, and ensuring safety and equipment reliability in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages maintenance and repair of Material Handling Equipment (Conveyors and Forklifts), machinery, electrical and power systems, and grounds/building systems to ensure uninterrupted services and operations.
• Plans maintenance programs and schedules to minimize downtime; provides root cause analysis when downtime occurs.
• Handles multiple projects, meets deadlines, and develops plans to accomplish department and distribution goals.
• Develops reviews and recommends methods of operational improvement involving equipment, systems, corrections, activities and practices within area of responsibility.
• Coordinates daily maintenance of equipment; troubleshoots and maintains preventative maintenance programs with proper schedule turn time and audits.
• Uses CMMS to its full capability.
• Supervises maintenance staff; directs workflow, trains technicians, and develops training curricula.
• Mentors technicians, observes and coaches to maintain high standards; resolves associate relations issues and enforces DC policy guidelines.
• Drives and ensures safety programs and procedures are followed.
• Builds positive relationships with operations and promotes good housekeeping standards.
• Coordinates vendor/contractor relations for equipment and services as required.
• Oversees back stock of maintenance spare parts and supplies while minimizing inventory levels through supplier partnerships.
• Completes reports and records and other administrative duties as required.
