Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Redlands, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of skilled mechanics and oversee maintenance and repair operations at our distribution center.

You will drive preventive maintenance and supervise work orders to minimize downtime while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will partner with DC leadership to keep conveyors, motor controls, and MHE performing at peak levels, while maintaining a clean, compliant facility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance and supervision.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures.
• Maintenance and repairs of conveyors, motor controls, and MHE.
• Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data and develop solutions.
• Excellent management, leadership, communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering-related programs.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mechanics, guiding them through the day's tasks.
• Oversee equipment repair and maintenance. Assign work orders prioritizing safety and production.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure schedule adherence.
• Develop efficient methods and procedures for departmental activities and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of building, grounds, and equipment.
• Supervise the facility's waste disposal program and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with DC leaders and tour facilities to ensure they are well-maintained.
