Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an ICC Department Manager to oversee quality control and inventory accuracy across our high-volume Distribution Center operations. The role focuses on maintaining integrity of logistics processes, and driving compliance with company policies and procedures.

You will serve as the WMS SME, lead a team of QC associates, and collaborate with DC leadership to meet inventory goals while driving continuous improvement and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in material handling, logistics, or DC operations with inventory control.
• Strong leadership track record in developing and motivating teams.
• Working knowledge of WMS, such as Manhattan.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots, queries).

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control across all areas and shifts.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and enforce controls.
• Lead WMS troubleshooting and training; support system enhancements.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve inventory accuracy and process quality.
• Manage daily QC associates and coach performance.
