Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager of Inventory, Quality, and Control to oversee inventory management, quality assurance, and asset protection within a distribution center. You will report to the IQC Regional Director and collaborate across supply chain functions to drive efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.

Lead a team of inventory control and QA associates, build a culture of safety and continuous improvement, manage cycle counts and audits, and align processes with CVS policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, quality management, asset protection, or related roles, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, quality assurance standards, investigations, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and drive results.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Regular and reliable on-site attendance.
• 5% travel

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline inventory management processes and enhance efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory control procedures and conduct regular cycle counts/audits.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards and conduct inspections/audits to ensure compliance.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of inventory control and QA associates; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Asset Protection: Oversee security measures, loss containment, investigations, and coordination with law enforcement as needed.
