Job summary

You will provide hands-on HR support across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, training, and special HR projects.

The role partners with leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to resolve workforce challenges and implement programs aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or a related field.
• Experience with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR programs.
• Proficient MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills for analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with leaders to implement HR strategies and programs.
• Provide coaching on policies and practices to managers and teams.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Lead recruitment for exempt and nonexempt roles, and oversee new-employee orientations.
• Partner with managers on absenteeism, turnover, and workforce data insights.
• Assist with benefits programs and employee inquiries.
• Support HR initiatives and special projects across the organization.
