Walgreens is seeking an HR professional to execute HR products, services, and solutions for field partners and team members. You will champion local HR strategies and collaborate with business leaders to implement HR programs and drive service delivery excellence.

You will coach leaders, support talent management, onboarding, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Occasional travel up to 75% is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree OR a High School Diploma / GED plus at least three years of HR experience.
• Experience evaluating information to determine compliance with standards, laws, and regulations.
• Experience delivering presentations and facilitating workshops to various audience levels.

Mansioni

• Coaches operations field leader positions and supports development plans, succession planning and talent management programs.
• Supports the manager to deliver HR programs, services, and solutions.
• Identifies and responds to HR requests using approved tools within timelines.
• Provides onboarding, M&A support, safety compliance, and talent management deployment.
• Conducts training and coaching for deployment of HQ or COE HR programs.
• Supports resource deployment to promote an harassment-free workplace and monitor engagement.
• Assists in talent acquisition for internships, campus recruiting and store/pharmacy roles.
• Supports workforce planning initiatives and local market HR needs.
• Escalates HR questions through HR Service Center and appropriate partners.
