Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR or related field.
• 3+ years experience in employee relations, staffing, compensation/benefits, and/or training.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, OSHA).
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to implement HR strategies and programs.
• Provide coaching on policies and practices.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Support recruitment for exempt and nonexempt staff and contingent workers.
• Analyze absenteeism, turnover, and workforce data to anticipate talent gaps.
• Maintain employee records and support engagement initiatives.
• Participate in HR initiatives and special projects.
